For anyone who doesn`t typically check this store or flyer, Food Basics has lean ground beef on for $1.48 per lb! Thats a savings of about $3.00 a pound!
They come in 2lb tubes for $2.96, I picked up 6 today (thats 12 lbs for about $18). I split them in half (my hubby and I would never need to eat 2 lbs of ground beef at once!) and put them in freezer bags. We`re covered for awhile now I think:P
