Adjusting to Daylight Savings Time!

With the time "Springing Ahead" tonight, that means an hour of lost sleep for us all tomorrow morning! Here are a couple of tips to help you (and your little ones!) adjust to the time change...

*Set your clocks back tonight, and go to bed according to the NEW time! This ensures that theres no confusion in the morning, and going to bed an hour earlier will help offset the hour change.

*Stay with your regular schedule! Avoid the temptation to sleep in and stay with your usual routine, this will help you adjust faster.

*Avoid napping or resting on Sunday! Stay active, get out and enjoy this amazing early spring weather, this will help you be able to go to sleep at the new earlier time at the end of the day.

*If you have any appointments or are planning on meeting someone tomorrow, remind them about the time change! There will be nothing worse than trying to adjust to losing precious sleep time, while waiting for others who are still behind!!

*Look on the bright side...the time change results in more daylight! Gotta love that sunshine:)
