YUM!--Homemade Pizza

We baked up 4 homemade pizza crusts yesterday afternoon and froze them for future use! Super easy, and makes for an easy dinner down the road!

INGREDIENTS:
*6 cups Whole Wheat or all purpose flour
*2 tsp sugar
*3 cups warm water
*2 tsp instant yeast
*2 tsp baking powder
*1 cup vegetable oil
*1 tsp salt

Simply mix all the ingredients thoroughly, then knead 30-40 times on a flour dusted surface. Split into 4 servings, then spread and stretch onto a well greased 12 inch circular pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes, then you can either freeze for future use, or add your toppings and bake for another 8-10 minutes!
