That's right, Zellers has released a new store coupon policy stating that they will now in fact accept coupons that exceed the value of the item being purchased! Much like Giant Tiger though, you will not receieve any cash back, the overage must be used up by the remainder of the purchase.Perhaps a decision made due to their new relationship with Target?! Who knows, all I know is that this makes me a very happy lady!
